I contacted TRUE BLUE after discovering my old IT compan y no longer wanted to manage small businesses. I tried 5 businesses across Darwin, none of which were interested in a small business. I found True Blue, who were responsive, arranged an immediate meeting to clarify my needs as I was on a tight time frame. They make immediate time to chat with me face to face, and explained the process to take over my domain and email. Rifat was honest with me that the website MAY go down for a day or 2, and explained the costs and processes. This was on a WED afternoon. By Friday the process was complete, and although the email was down for a few hours, Rifat answered immediately and worked around my schedule to get this sorted out asap. Their prices are reasonable, and they were not pushy to get me to sign up for things I simply didnt need (unlike the prev company who advised me if I didnt buy the biggest Microsoft product, they didnt want my business!) I am a small business with 1 email and 1 domain... but Im sure that RIFAT will look after everyone with care, honesty and understanding (haste) as he has with us. Thanks Mate - appreciate the minimal disruption to my system and look forward to working with you in the future x

These guys have been amazing for my first Shopify website. Very efficient - some proofing required but ultimately it's been a smooth experience, they've received any feedback gracefully and they've been very helpful!

We recently had a one-hour coaching session with True Blue IT, and we were very happy with the experience. Rifat was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to guide us clearly through the topic we covered. We appreciated the support during the session. Thank you!

My thanks go to Rifat for his patience and assistance in getting my haphazard solutions to web hosting and Microsoft 365 bodge. After spending time working through the issues I now have integrated emails, calendar, and teams working as they should.
I couldn’t have done it without his help!

Thank you so much for the refresher on how to get the best out of my Website, SEO, Facebook and Instagram. The best couple of hours of training I have had in marketing for a long time. Everything is so much clearer now.

Rifat & Howard redesigned my website in a more modern & functional format, adding efficiency and style in ways I could never have achieved!

The time, understanding they had of my audience and needs was on point. Well done team!!

So happy! Keep up the great work, and 11/10!! 👏👏👏

From this(see first two photos of stock photos (yellow & pink ones) and wordiness… to scrolling carousel menus, less pages to navigate, more concise words, unisex colour palette, and local photos rather than stock photos) and made me look like I’m in my element and captured me loving what I do!! Thank you, and highly recommend
